I understand how important it is to feel comfortable in a setting, especially as your body goes through more changes and your vulnerability may increase. That’s why I recommend that prospective new clients come to see the studio and meet me for an initial consultation, for you to get a feel of the studio, for me to better understand how you are feeling physically and emotionally, and for us to discuss any specific concerns or intentions you’d like to focus on. From there you can decide whether you’d like to progress with group classes or private one-to-one pre-natal sessions.
Together, we will create a nurturing space where you can prepare for birth, ease common pregnancy discomforts, and take time just for you and your baby.

Pre-Natal Group Class 45 minutes
With a maximum of four attendees, these small group classes offer a welcoming and supportive space to connect with others on their pregnancy journey. They're designed to ease both physical discomfort and mental tension, helping you feel more balanced in body and mind.
Each session begins with a chance to check in and share how pregnancy is feeling for you that day. From there, we’ll move into a guided meditation followed by gentle, targeted stretches to help address any specific areas of discomfort. We'll close with another calming meditation to leave you feeling grounded and relaxed.
Understanding that pregnancy can be tiring, each class is 45 minutes long - just the right amount of time to move, rest, and recharge without overexertion.

Private pre-natal sessions offer a deeply personalised experience, tailored entirely to your unique pregnancy journey. Whether you're managing specific physical discomforts, preparing for birth, or simply looking for some quiet space to connect with your body and baby, these one-to-one sessions are designed to support you fully.
We’ll begin each session with a check-in to explore how you’re feeling physically and emotionally. From there, we’ll move into a guided meditation and a series of gentle stretches, specifically chosen to suit your needs on the day. We’ll finish with a soothing closing meditation, helping you feel calm, centred, and nourished.
Each session lasts 45 minutes—long enough to bring relief and relaxation, without overwhelming your energy levels.
