I believe what you will find at Abbi Santosha Yoga is special. If you choose to join, you will be taking part in an intimate, supportive session with hands on assists and personalised prompts to your practice. The small number of guests allows me the ability to get to know each individual and deliver a class that is right for you.

There are a number of different payment options available at ASY. You can pay per session, buy a block of sessions, or pay a monthly membership fee. Keep scrolling for more information.

All classes are to be paid for via bank transfer prior to the session or via contactless payment or cash on arrival. Unfortunately your space will be refused if payment has not been received by the start of the class. One block booking per person. This cannot be used for more than one person per class.

Membership options

There are two membership options to choose from at Abbi Santosha Yoga. Please make sure you read the stipulations of each option carefully before committing. There are no long contracts at ASY but I do ask for 2 weeks’ notice to cancel your membership.

SANTOSHA FLEX MEMBERSHIP

£100 per month

A rolling monthly membership that offers access to eight classes per month at Abbi Santosha Yoga. This membership does not include the sound baths - access to these sessions will need to be purchased separately.

The month runs as per the calendar month and unused credits cannot be carried over.

SANTOSHA FREEDOM MEMBERSHIP

£150 per month

A rolling monthly membership that offers unlimited access to all classes (including the sound baths) at Abbi Santosha Yoga.

This membership option offers you total freedom to practise the full range of yoga classes available at the times to suit you.

Please note: these are an ongoing monthly membership. Payments will be debited from your account each month on the same date as the membership was purchased. For more information on how to sign up to the membership please speak to me on your next visit to the studio.
