Yoga Classes

At Abbi Santosha Yoga there are three types of yoga classes in the studio to match your mood: UNWIND, FLOW and IGNITE. Each class allows for a maximum of four people to allow you to really relax into your practice, and receive hands on, truly personalised guidance if desired. Check the descriptions of each class below to find your perfect class.

UNWIND 60 minutes

Feel relaxation wash over you as you settle into this Yin-inspired yoga session. Throughout the hour, we will move slowly and meaningfully through mostly ground based yoga poses, focussing on breathing and our meditative states, leaving you with a calm, relaxed mind and gently-stretched body.

This class is ideal for those who are new to yoga, those with injuries or mobility issues, or those who would like to slow down and embrace serenity.

FLOW 60 minutes

Join me for a traditional Vinyasa yoga session, where we will combine a variety of poses with controlled breathing to seamlessly flow through sequences at a faster pace than in the Unwind class. This class will get your heart rate rising, whilst also allowing you to relax into postures and feel the stretch. 

This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to pro-yogis, as modifications will be demonstrated throughout to allow your practice to be effortless and tailored to your specific needs.  

IGNITE 45 minutes

If you’re looking for some classic yoga poses combined with a heart pumping HIIT (high intensity interval training) session then this is the class for you! Each class will focus on really working your muscles whilst centering around the strength and alignment of traditional yoga. 

This class is an invigorating and fast-paced class, and so is more suited to those more familiar with yoga, and those with a fair baseline of fitness.

Private Sessions     60 minutes

Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning to movement after an injury, or looking to deepen your existing practice, private yoga sessions offer a dedicated space to meet you exactly where you are. These one-to-one sessions are fully tailored to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.

We’ll begin with a short consultation to explore your intentions and any physical considerations. From there, we’ll work together to create a practice that supports your individual journey; whether that means building strength, increasing flexibility, finding stillness, or simply carving out time to reconnect with yourself.

Private sessions offer the opportunity to grow in confidence, move at your own pace, and develop a practice that truly feels like yours.

Pre-Natal Sessions     60 minutes

Pre-natal yoga offers a safe, supportive space to move, breathe, and connect with your changing body throughout pregnancy. Whether you're new to yoga or continuing your practice while expecting, these one-to-one sessions are tailored to your needs, energy levels, and stage of pregnancy.

We’ll begin with a short consultation to understand how you're feeling physically and emotionally, any previous yoga experience, and any specific concerns or intentions you’d like to focus on. From there, we’ll gently shape a practice that supports your wellbeing; offering strength where you need it, softness where you seek it, and rest when it’s most welcome.

Together, we’ll create a nurturing space where you can prepare for birth, ease common pregnancy discomforts, and take time just for you and your baby.

If you can’t find a class at a time to suit you please get in touch - as I own my studio I am more flexible than most and I will do my very best to accomodate your time and create a class just for you. All you have to do is ask!

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive to your class 5-10 minutes before the start time. You can pay via bank transfe ahead of your class, or by contactless payment or cash on arrival. All classes must be paid for before we begin.

If for whatever reason you need to cancel your space, please do so by either following the link in your confirmation email or by getting in touch with me directly. I ask that you please endeavor to cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before the session or you may be charged - as it is a small studio there is often a waiting list of people wanting to attend. Please note that no-shows may be charged for missed sessions, and persistent no-shows will be temporarily banned from making bookings.
